College Park & Old Oak close down a problematic address

The team from College Park & Old Oak are pleased to inform you that having attended Westminster Magistrates court last week, we successfully applied for a closure order of a residential property in Acacia Apartments. 

Working closely with Southern Housing and local residents, we were able to produce a strong case as to the high levels of anti-social behaviour (ASB) that had been taking place from the address and the need for the property to be closed. 

The property will now be closed for 3 months, the tenant removed and ongoing progress by Southern Housing to ensure the tenant cannot return. 

The team remain committed to tackling ASB in the area and will continue to work with partners to close problematic properties down that continue to engage in ASB.
